WELL-BEING FOR WORK

Well-being coaching sessions inspire participants to take responsibility for their well-being and take care of both their mind and body.

The well-being coaching topics could include “Feel Happy in the happiest country of the world”, “From Stress to Peace of Mind” ,”Emotional Skills”, or for example “Energetic Everyday Life”.

JUST ZEN

Recovery and feeling relaxed is the word of the day. You can practice mindfulness or learn to relax with us. We also offer drum meditations and guided power naps. In silence, you can hear your own voice, and in emptiness, new things are born.

CHEERS

Together, you can do all sorts of fun things, like tastings. Whether it's champagne, wine, cheese, chocolate... the gentleman in the picture also runs a waffle bar. You can choose between salty and sweet.

In our neighborhood, there's also a brewery with which we collaborate. Fun programs can be built around tasting, such as 'What's Your Beer Name?

SUPRISE!

Sometimes it's nice to surprise. How about a magician, comedian, princess, or singing chef? Our singing chef will charm you with the gastronomic and delicious dinner and this beautiful voice..you just have to feel and see this experience!

You don't always need a performer, as the program can be built around the participants themselves.
